About the Author | Lena Yokota-Barth was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1985 and grew up mainly in Germany. It was during her maternity leave, at the end of 2016, that she started her blog, 'Berries and Buttercup', which stemmed from her passion for watercolour painting and DIY projects. On her blog, Lena inspired her readers with colourful watercolours and DIY ideas. During annual visits to her native country, Lena kept coming into contact with Etegami, the Japanese style of watercolour painting. She never lost sight of this and, over the course of 2017, began to specialize in this form of watercolour painting. Lena's artwork can be seen on her website:?www.berriesandbuttercup.com and on her Instagram account: http://www.instagram.com/berriesandbuttercup |
